For this series of videos, Kent County Council asked us to speak with local residents and businesses to promote their Trading Standards Checked scheme. Prior to filming we researched the interviewees’ experiences so on the day we were able to help them bring their stories to life.
There were two target audiences for the videos: members of the public and local businesses; with that in mind, we made separate videos and tailored the tone and content of each to make them as impactful and relevant as possible.
